ExpertsNow — A Modern Hiring Platform

ExpertsNow is a European platform where companies can create vacancies, review pre-selected expert profiles, track every hiring stage, and coordinate interviews. The Yojji team defined the product flow, designed the interface, and developed the web and mobile applications. Our client got a working two-sided system that helps companies manage their hiring pipeline and allows experts to respond to new roles in a few clicks.

Request

The client needed a full-cycle platform where companies can create vacancies, review pre-selected expert profiles, and manage each hiring stage from first contact to interview in one place. Experts had to receive matching roles, express interest, and share details only when both sides confirmed the connection. Our team had to handle the entire product scope: product flow, interface design, and web and mobile app development.

Challenge

A hiring flow had to be clear for two different user groups and handle multiple vacancies, candidate stages, and status updates without confusion. Another challenge was building a Kanban-style pipeline that worked equally well on web and mobile. Personal data must be hidden until both sides agree to connect. The platform should support a multi-tenant SaaS setup with smooth notifications and independent hiring workflows for each company.

Our solution

We built a structured hiring flow with Kanban boards, clear stages, and instant status updates so companies can manage candidates without losing context. Experts receive a matched role, mark interest, and move directly into the hiring pipeline. The platform has web and mobile applications, shared logic between them, and a scalable architecture that lets multiple companies run independent hiring processes.

Core Features

Vacancy Creation and Management

Companies create vacancies by defining the role, skills, and project details. Each position gets its own structured workspace. They match experts, and status updates and interactions appear in this space. So, hiring managers always see the whole history of the screening process. This setup keeps multiple active roles organized, helps teams review candidates who best suit them, and makes decisions faster without losing context.

Expert Dashboard

Experts see a list of roles that match their skills and can open each vacancy to review requirements before deciding whether to engage. They can mark their interest with one tap, after which the system adds them to the company’s pipeline. The dashboard also shows the status of every application. So, experts always know where they stand without needing direct communication at the early stages.

Kanban-Based Hiring Pipeline

Each vacancy has its own pipeline with defined stages: pre-selected, contacted, waiting for a reply, and interview. Hiring managers move candidates between stages with a single action, and the system updates the view instantly on the web and mobile. Teams have a clear overview of progress to reduce back-and-forth communication and help them keep several roles moving without losing track of candidate status.

Multi-Tenant Setup

Each company works in its own isolated workspace, with vacancies, candidates, and data separated from other tenants. The architecture scales to handle a growing number of companies and an expanding expert base without slowing down. So, pipelines stay responsive even during peak activity. This setup makes it easy to onboard new organizations and grow the product. It keeps every hiring flow independent, fast, and stable.
